Returns & Exchanges
Our return policy is within 15 days upon delivery. If they were to be returned, it could only be for a store credit at this time which, yes, could be applied toward an exchange. However, if they've been used/worn they may not be eligible for credit. We temporarily cannot resell returned gowns due to COVID-19 so anything returned at this time would be a store credit.

Please Note: Items returned to locations other than the designated return facility will not be considered for credit.
We recommend selecting a shipping method that includes a tracking number. Please include a copy of the sales order or packing slip with your shipment to expedite return handling. Shipping charges are not refundable.
Exchanges are handled as separate and new transactions. To make an exchange, please follow the above return process, and then place a new order for the items you would like.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
Send a photo of your damaged or incorrect items to [email protected] and one of our team members will promptly work towards sending you a replacement.
We’re sorry, but custom and made to order items, or items bearing any sort of personalization, cannot be returned or exchanged.
