    We accept both online and offline orders. To place an order online please navigate to the shop now category in the top navigation. To place an order offline please download our order forms. Instructions on submitting offline orders are included on the order forms.

  • How quick will I receive my order?

    All orders for "stock products" will ship out within 10 business days.
    We offer "rush handling" which reduces our order handling time to 3 business days. (Rush handling options are displayed in checkout)
    If your order contains a "special order product" your order handling time will be 40 business days.

  • How much does shipping cost?

    Shipping rates are based on order subtotal.

  • How long does it take for me to get a refund

    Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds are processed within 48 business hours. Credit card refunds may take 5-10 business days to appear, and check refunds take 2-4 weeks to arrive.

  • Can I return my custom product?

    All Special Order items cannot be returned. If we made an error or your item arrives defective, contact us within 7 days and we’ll fix it at no cost to you.

  • Missing, Damaged, Incorrect Product(s)

    If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or missing items, contact us within 7 days.

  • Out of Stock, delays in shipping

    During peak graduation season, some items may be backordered or unavailable.

  • What is Bumping a Size?

    We may “bump” your gown or tassel to the closest available size to ensure on-time delivery.
