Made with a higher quality polyester, our elite doctoral gowns have several notable features. These robes include fully customizable piping, velvet pleats down the center and the chevrons on both arms. They also include a padded yoke, hand sewn fluting and a fabric covered button on the back of the gown for hood attachment. All of our doctorate gowns have adjustable velcro lantern sleeves for a fitted, distinguished look. Another reason your higher-education faculty members should consider our gowns is that you can add a custom embroidered logo for no additional charge. Anyone is welcome to order with us! However, we cannot guarantee or be liable for our gown colors matching another company's gowns. We offer unique shades of gowns that will not be identical to another vendor's products.

What is the difference between Economy, Deluxe, and Premium style for the Bachelors, Masters and Doctorate gowns?
These Economy and Deluxe style gowns have the same material, satin polyester which has a slight sheen. The main difference between the two is the deluxe has a hand sewn fluting around the yoke of the gown (doctoral deluxe gowns also have piping while the economy does not). Premium gowns are a matte polyester with fluting and available in all colors.

Can you describe the physical differences between a Bachelor, Master, and Doctorate gown?
The bachelor's gown is traditionally a black gown which includes a pleated yolk with fluting. These gowns are distinguished by higher quality fabric from the regular adult gowns worn in lower institution ceremonies. Students who are graduating from a master's program have specific requirements for their gowns. It has fluting across the front panel of the shoulders that reaches to the back of the gown. The sleeves are the most obvious difference of a master's gown. The front of the sleeve extends from the wrist, at the front and drops all the way down to the mid-thigh. Doctorate gowns are reserved for faculty members and students graduating with a PHD. These are thicker, typically black gowns with three velvet bands on the sleeves and piping down the middle-front side. The piping outlines two thick velvet panels in additional to hand-made ruffled pleats and a padded yolk. These robes have full sleeves as opposed to bell sleeves on standard gowns. Our doctorate gowns are durable and can be reused many times if needed.

How do I know what size to choose?
Our gown sizes are based on your actual height. You can use our size conversion chart to select your size. For example, if you’re 5’7, you should choose a size 51, which fits those who are 5’6-5’8.

Orders with Expedited Shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight) placed after 2:00 PM EST will not beginning processing until the next business day. FedEx deliveries are made on Standard Business Days Only (Monday - Friday, except holidays & weather permitting).
All Orders for “Stock Products” will ship out within 72 hours (3 business days), Orders placed using Express Shipping (2nd Day Air or Overnight) will ship out same day if placed before 2pm EST, otherwise, your order will ship the following business day.We offer Rush Shipping options which speed up your order handling time. If your Order contains a “Custom” your Order Handling time will be 20 Business Days. (When ordering a “Custom” you will be prompted to “Confirm” that you are aware of our standard 20 Day Handling time.) There are no rush options available for orders with Special Order Products (custom products).
