11 Steps to Design the Perfect Stole
GraduationSource has over 80 stoles in different colors, designs, and sizes in stock and ready to ship. While we highly recommend these for any school or individual, there may be something missing. You may want to add your school name, initials, position, or even have multiple colors. Great news, we have you covered! Our stoles are fully customizable to suit your school or organization’s needs. Here are the steps we take to create the perfect academic stole for you.
-You must order a minimum of 10 stoles for customization.
-Stoles must be ordered 5-6 weeks prior to your need-by date
-Custom stoles are non-refundable
Important Factors Before Ordering
Step 1: Choose Stole Color
Your first step in ordering a stole is to choose a base color. We offer 15 colors that are shown on our website. However, if you don’t see the color you want, don’t hesitate to ask!
Step 2: Discuss Type and Size of Stole
What kind of stole do you want? Adult or Child, V-Stole, Stole with a Trim? You can discuss all of your options with our sales team. We provide standard-sized stoles and extended lengths as well (ex: 65”, 70”, 77”, etc.)
Step 3: Decide Between Imprinted and Embroidery
If you are getting any text on your stoles, we will need to know whether or not you want it screen printed or sewn. If using a logo, embroidery will only be an option if you can supply the original file and is not overly detailed. Otherwise, we can imprint almost anything. Our dedicated sales team will help you decide your best option.
