Here are the thirteen steps we take to design the ideal diploma for you.

• You must order a minimum of 25 diplomas for customization.
• Diplomas must be ordered 4-6 weeks before your need-by date.
• Custom diplomas are non-refundable.

Are we duplicating or creating a new diploma? Many customers already have a current diploma that they want us to replicate. We are just as happy to build a new diploma from scratch.

The diploma or certificate you’re looking to design will include the name of your school. Sometimes, certificates are for programs within a larger program. Make sure we know if that’s the case.

When creating the header of the diploma we will need to know two things:

1. Should the header be black or shadowed?
2. Should the header be straight or arched?

Flat or Thermograph Print. We give you the option of the wording on the diploma to be standard flat or a raised print (also known as thermograph). You can choose one or the other or a combination of both.

Typically, it’s either Old English or Script, but you can discuss other options with our sales team.

If applicable, please obtain an original black and white version of your logo. You will then choose if you want your logo to be full color, plain black, or foiled (raised gold or silver).

If you’d like signatures pre-printed on the diplomas, we will need a scanned version of each signature in black pen. You can provide up to six signatures.

For an additional fee, we can print the student’s name on each diploma. Please note that the names can only be flat printed.

While some companies offer multiple paper options with lots of fancy names, your options boil down to two real choices: white or ivory card stock. Both look great, but ivory is traditional.

Before making any commitments, our sales team will send you a price quote. You can review before designing or replicating your diploma.

Based on all of the details you provided, we will design a diploma for you to review before we place the order. If you have a copy of a diploma that you want us to duplicate, please send it to your salesperson.

Once you approve the artwork, we will place the order for you. You will have one more chance to look it over and make any changes once you finalize your order. Once you provide payment, we will begin processing and creating your custom diplomas.
