They are your product information resource. They keep your team up to date on all the products we have available; from colors, fabrics, instructions on how to wear them, and more, they make sure you get all the information and products you need.
When an order is placed, they keep a very close eye on it. They make sure your inventory is reserved, your items are shipped, and if anything is backordered they will inform you about it before you order. From tracking numbers to stock availability, they've got you covered.
