Frequently Asked Questions
Estimating isn't an exact science. We don't expect you to make a spot on guess. If you preordered more than you needed, the excess deposit is placed against the balance of your order, just like if you need less, the deposit will still apply against your total.
Preorders help us plan better. That better planning saves us money, and we pass that savings on to you. If you preorder 10 sets, and then say you actually need 100 later, the preorder pricing will not apply to those additional 90 sets. We encourage you to estimate within a "realistic" margin of error. If you preorder 50, and end up needing 60, we will honor the preorder rates for those additional 10. We make these decisions on a case by case basis to prevent unintentional abuse of the early bird program.
All Early Bird / Preorder marketing material will state an expiration date of the sale pricing. If you request an early bird estimate by filling out this form, an additional expiration date will be supplied on the estimate itself. You have either by the date on the marketing material or by the expiration date on your estimate, whichever comes later, to place your deposit and lock-in the savings.
In order to make sure your items are allocated to your order and your date is met in advance, you must have your final sizes submitted 30 days BEFORE your desired "Need by Date".
It's the date that you absolutely MUST have your order delivered by. While we do ask you for your graduation date, your Need by Date should come before the actual date of graduation, by at least 10 business days. That way, if there is anything that you need last minute, or any problems, there is enough time to resolve the issue without the need for panic.
