Step 1 – Applying the stencils
With your stencil and the fabric paint, fill in the open space to create your lettering.
Your letters should finish up looking like this:
Step 2 – Forming the house structure
Take your scissor and cut (1) triangle and (1) square from the red construction paper. Then from the black construction paper cut (1) rectangle and (2) smaller squares.
Step 4 – Building the fly away house
Glue the body of the house and the roof to the cap.
Then you are ready to put down the windows and doors. Your cap should finish up looking like this:
Step 5 – Now, it’s time for your writing
With a steady hand, take the fabric paint and write out ” is our there.” If this is exceptionally hard for you to do neatly, please feel free to use a small stencil to create the same look.
Step 6 – Adding the rhinestones (balloons)
Dab a small amount of fabric glue on the back of the rhinestones. In a half-circle place your rhinestones above the little button. You can make the “balloon” shape as big as you want. The finished product should look something like this:
Step 7 – Finishing touch, adding the strings
Grab your fabric paint again and attach the rhinestone “balloons” to the house. You can create as many strands as you’d like.
