Processing + Shipping = Delivery Time
What is processing?
Processing refers to the amount of time it takes for us to process your order before it ships. Typically all orders will ship within 10 business days from the day the order is placed. You can add rush processing to your order if you need it to ship sooner.
How Is Shipping Different From Processing?
Shipping is the method in which FedEx will deliver your package(s). During the Checkout / Order Process you will be able to select one of the following Shipping Methods; FedEx Ground, FedEx 2nd Day Air, FedEx Overnight. International orders will ship via FedEx Intl Economy.

Example 1
Andy lives in Florida and chooses Ships Within 5 Days & FedEx Ground. We will ship Andy's order within 5 Business Days and FedEx Ground will take 3 days to arrive at Andy's door. Andy will receive his order within 8 Business Days from the day he places his order.
Example 2
Marilyn lives in California and chooses Ships Within 24 Hours & FedEx Ground. We will ship Marilyn’s order today and FedEx Ground will take 5 days to arrive at Marilyn's door. Marilyn will receive her order within 5 Business Days from today.
Example 3
Louis lives in New Mexico and chooses Ships Within 24 Hours & FedEx Overnight. We will ship Louis’ order tomorrow and FedEx will take 1 day to arrive at Louis' door. Louis will receive his order within 2 Business Days from today.

Shipping Policy
All merchandise is normally shipped via FedEx ground service with a 5-7 day ship time. Customers may request faster delivery service. Additional charges will apply. The shipment date depends on stock availability, It is critical, you inform us of your in hand date for your order.
Shipping Time is not the same as total delivery time.
Shipping time refers strictly to the time it takes the carrier to deliver the package to its destination. Choosing and overnight delivery option does not mean your order will be delivered the day after you place your order online.
Delivery Time = Processing Method + Shipping Method

Out of Stock - Delay On Orders
If any item (s) are out of stock, we will inform you of the situation and let you know your options in terms of later delivery or alternate styles. We will ask whether you would like to proceed with your order or make changes to your order. No substitutions of items will be made without your prior consent. You also have the option to backorder your item (s).

• For Red Hot, Hot and Rush Orders placed after 12:01 PM EST will not beginning processing until the next business day
• Orders placed on a Friday after 12:01PM, Saturday, Sunday, or on a holiday will begin processing on the next business day
