About Our Matte Purple Cap
The adult matte purple cap features internal and external fabric, a tightly cove purple mortarboard with a raised button at the center and an elastic band for flexible sizing. This 9" by 9" mortarboard cap is a traditional square academic graduation cap. The cap's seams are glued for tighter fabric and a sleek, high quality appearance. The cap has internal fabric, so it keeps its shape beautifully. A purple fabric with a matte finish covers the entire surface of the cap. The cap features a raised button on the top center of the cap to hold the tassels that are part of the graduation ritual. The raised button is round and cove purple in cloth that matches the rest of the cap. An elastic band at the base of the cap creates a comfortable fit for a range of adult sized heads. This band makes the cap easy to put on and secure enough to remain firmly in place.Processing + Shipping = Delivery Time

It is unbelievably hard to find gowns and caps in purple that don’t make the students look like giant walking grapes. We went with another company, I don’t remember the name, and it was a nightmare the gown got wrinkled and the poor girls looked like the California Raisins. No way to get an MBA. I was tasked to find a “lavender-ish” colored gown and this is the closest I have found. I’ve been the commencement officer for our school. We are a mid-size historically black university in the NYC metro area.
