The adult matte royal blue cap features internal and external fabric, a tightly covered mortarboard with a raised button at the center and an elastic band for flexible sizing.

This 9" by 9" mortarboard cap is a a traditional square academic graduation cap. The cap's seams are glued for tighter fabric and a sleek, high quality appearance. The cap has internal fabric, so it keeps its shape beautifully.

A royal blue fabric with a matte finish covers the entire surface of the cap. The cap features a raised button on the top center of the cap to hold the tassels that are part of the graduation ritual. The raised button is round and covered in cloth that matches the rest of the cap.

An elastic band at the base of the cap creates a comfortable fit for a range of adult sized heads. This band makes the cap easy to put on and secure enough to remain firmly in place.

I wore this to receive my bachelor's degree, and the dark navy blue was a great background color for my gold honor tassel. It really made me proud to be graduating with honors, and the contrasting colors made it easy for everyone to see my achievement. The button on top of the cap kept the tassel secured. I ordered these for Mrs. Allison’s kindergarten class. All our little scholars got their diplomas and took their lifelong readers pledge.
