Child 2-Color Tassel
If your toddler's school is having a moving up ceremony, our child-sized two colored tassels are a "must-have" souvenir. You may decide to choose a 2 toned tassel to represent both school colors, your child's favorite colors, or just an overall remarkable look. This tassel represents the year your little one completed an important milestone in their early academic career. Tassels are a necessity because switching it from the right of your cap to the left at the end of your commencement symbolizes that you have officially graduated. We offer a large variety of colors and color combinations to choose from that will meet the requirements of most preschool and elementary schools.
These 2 colored tassels consist of 65 threads bound together by a gold-plated copper clasp. Measuring at 7 inches in length with a 6 inch matching hang loop, this tassel is an ideal size for head start, preschool, pre-k and kindergarten students. The 4 digit year signet is made of gold zinc alloy with an eyelet to attach signet to tassel.
Too Short? We also offer 9 inch Adult Tassels!

What side do I wear my tassel on?
Tradition states the tassel starts of on the right side of the cap. Immediately after you receive the degree, the tassel would be shifted to the left side. However, in some cases the entire class is instructed to turn them at the same time. Best way to remember? Think of turning the pages in a book! Master graduates and faculty members often switch their tassels in the opposite direction from left to right. Please review your school’s graduation etiquette before the ceremony.
