About Our Child Shiny Navy Blue Cap & Tassel
Child-sized navy blue graduation cap has a shiny finish. The cap's measurements are nine inches by nine inches, and the material is 100% knitted PET polyester. The cap has a form-fitted elastic band that fits most children's sizes. The hat's seams are glued for tighter fabric.
