It is constructed from a shiny fabric to match our shiny forest gowns. No matter the class size or the array of graduates, this graduation cap is sure to fit all. That's because graduation cap features an elastic band that it fits all sizes snugly. Unsightly buckling of the cap or bubbling of the fabric is not a problem with this graduation cap. This is because glued seams and internal fabric helps keep the form of the cap and ensures that the fabric fits tightly over the 9" x 9" square mortarboard. The graduation cap is crowned by a raised button to hold a wide array of tassels securely in place. What is processing?

This shiny forest green graduation cap has a satin finish which went perfectly with my graduation gown.
